Purple Valley Ashtanga Yoga Retreat is a peaceful haven situated in Goa, a state on India s west coast which is lined by white sandy beaches and the azure Arabian Sea.
India is the home of yoga, and Purple Valley hosts some of the world s leading Ashtanga yoga courses & teachers in Goa s most comfortable yoga accommodation. The yoga is mainly of the Ashtanga yoga tradition.
Meals are vegetarian, served buffet style on our open-air terrace and enjoyed in the company of the other students. Many friendships are formed over the conversations and laughter that last long after the food is served. Many students come to Purple Valley Yoga Retreat for it s quiet location, away from the busy markets and tourist areas because it is safe and not too remote. We also try to cater for those who want a bit of extra-curricular activity by organising trips to the local spice plantation and having our popular movie nights under the stars.
