At Ashiyana, Goa, India you can attend any of the classes at the ‘drop-in’ centre (separate yoga shala used for yoga holiday and drop-in guests) as well as the other activities….. meditation, chanting, karma yoga, ‘barefoot boogie’, walks, and impromptu gatherings and workshops.
Teachers are invited to teach at the ‘drop-in’ centre on the basis of their way of teaching and their openness rather than their specific style of yoga. There are normally at least four teachers in residence at any one time but do check the drop-in yoga page for more information.
You can also hang out in the peace and quiet of Ashiyana or bask in the sunshine on the endless stretch of beaches. There are various massage and holistic treatments on offer to relax and experience your inner stillness.
