Agama Yoga Mexico offers a one month immersion giving a fundamental understanding of Hatha, Kundalini and Tantra, along with a deep and meditative on-the-mat practice. Easily accessible, the one month intensive can be taken in part or whole and is the core beginning of a 5 year university level Yoga program. Classes taught in English and drop-in students welcome.
