On a Skyros holiday you can stretch the body in a yoga class, try some windsurfing, learn to dance to the rhythms of salsa, create your own mosaics masterpiece, start the novel you have been thinking about or take a look at what you really need in life.
Yoga is only one of the many activities available as Atsitsa Bay offers as many as fifteen courses a day though participants can choose only up to three. Courses range from windsurfing and sailing to dance, yoga, painting and music. Those staying at the Skyros Centre will incorporate yoga into the early part of the day that is followed by the option of Writing or Life Coaching, plus Music & Arts.
