It provides you with a comprehensive yoga education and also get certified with Yoga Alliance International as a registered yoga teacher. This retreat course will take place at Aayukshetram, a beautiful Ayurvedic Spa Resort, located about 20 kilometres from Thiruvanthapuram, Kerala. Three Ayurvedic vegetarian meals will be served each day.
Five Ayurvedic massages are included as part of the retreat experience. Special day off trips to tourist places in Trivandrum are also included in the package.
