At Abhinam Yoga School, students learn a unique combination of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga along with Iyengar alignment principles with the help of props. This approach has an ultimate goal of practicing injury free yoga.
The course fee includes private accommodation, study materials, teacher training course manual, 3 yogi vegetarian meals per day (except Saturdays and Sundays).
Abhinam Yoga has a highly trained team of certified teachers led by Namito, who is an orthopedic surgeon and directly practiced and trained under BKS Iyengar.
